Q: When will I get my order?A: Refuel.ae currently ships within 3 hours for Sprint items in Dubai, as for the rest of the emirates, on next business day basis. For the rest of the items, your order will arrive the next business day in Dubai & rest of emirates... If your order contains both Sprint and regular items, they might not arrive together. Orders are typically processed same day, and each item will show the expected time to process and ship out. Some items may take longer to ship out and they will be clearly marked as such. All items will show availability information both on the product page and on the shopping cart page.
You will typically receive a shipping notification email within 24 hours of your order shipping which will include your tracking numbers. By logging in, you can also retrieve your tracking information and
